DIY Terrarium

DIY Terrarium

I have been slightly obsessed with terrariums for some time and have been wanting to create one for one of my girlfriends that recently moved to Dallas. I thought it would be the perfect house warming gift, was actually pretty simple to do, and left me wanting to make more and more terrariums. I love the originality and modern style of succulents. They are extremely low maintenance, and they have the ability to give any home a fun, eclectic vibe.

My inspiration

DIY Project

All you really need for this project are your succulents, a container, and some kind of soil that provides good drainage; I used sand. I purchased some sheet moss but didn't use it for this particular terrarium, but I will definitely use it for my next.

Final outcome! I love it!
